Ingredients:
Sugar
Sawdust or flour
Saltpeter (found in drug-stores as potassium nitrate)
Take 4 parts sugar, & 6 parts saltpeter, & a little bit of sawdust or flour & put them in a pot.
Heat them over a LOW flame, stirring constantly, until it is liquid. Pour it into a container
Add a fuse & let it harden.
Potassium Nitrate will also work in place of Saltpeter.
Directions are same as above, except 1 part sugar, 1 part Potassium Nitrate.
You can put it into a paper cup & just light the cup, or you could pour it into a mold.
The cup will also burn, so don't put the smoke-bomb in an area with dry grass!
Ping-pong balls also work rather well.
Take some sturdy string & dip it in wax. You now have a fuse suitable for a smoke-bomb.
If you put magnesium powder in the mix, it it will look much better.
If you put aluminum powder in, the bomb will burn faster & brighter.
You don't have to heat it at all as it will produce more smoke if dry.
